B. Processing and Formulation Condition
1) 온도
- 대부분의 단백질은 온도 증가와 더불어 가역적으로 denaturation
- 온도의 계속적 증가로 denaturation촉진되고 cooling으로도 reverse되지 않음

- formulation buffer의 pH는 화학적으로 amino a챵 잔기 바꾸는 protein solubility, folding,
reaction(반응)속도에 심각한 충격을 줄 수 있다
3) Ionic Strength 이온강도
- counterion의 농도는 분자에서 정전기적인력을 매개하는 중요한 characteristic(특성)이고 protein의
solubility뿐만 아니라 stability에 큰 효율를 가진다.
- 전해질의 Debye-Huckel theory : 정전기적 인력에 counterion농도의 효율
(Ci: charge Zi의 counterion의 몰농도 )
- protein의 정전기적 인력의 分析(분석), protein 안정화, 특정 counterion의 효율는 이 theory 으로
적용안됨.
- Hofmeister series에서 various ion은 높은 이온강도에서 hydrophobic interaction을 증가
